Last year Scott Franklin at Franklin-Christoph asked me to write a story to accompany the release of their Model 40 “Panther” fountain pen. So I did. The pen (which is very nice) has been released, and you can read the story, “Intellectual Property”, online at the Franklin-Christoph website.
Oh, and for those of you keeping track, the fountain pen I earned for getting this story published was a Franklin-Christoph M-14, Classic Black with a medium italic nib. But Chad didn’t have to buy me this one. I raved to Scott about the M-14 so much after trying it at the Raleigh Pen Show that he offered me one as part of my commission for the short story.
